I use Netelligence and their managed services because we have an extremely complex network of information systems linking dozens of phones and computers across multiple locations and they have earned my confidence.  I no longer lose sleep over downtime, viruses and loss of information as I did with some of our previous providers.  One of their greatest values is their ability implement customized solutions to address our specific needs.  I have invested in their IT solutions for years and I highly recommend them because they don’t come across as being in business to simply “fix things as they break.”  I honestly think providing IT solutions is their passion and they truly want to provide value, efficiencies and savings for their clients.  For me, it is a no-brainer.
