The Town of La Jara first used Netelligence a few years back when they assisted in installing our utility billing software and the process couldn’t have went any smoother. Most of the time they are able to login to our computers remotely to resolve the issue without waiting for them to travel to our office. Additionally, they manage our anti-virus and web protection and keep us informed of any potential threats to our computer system.
