Netelligence has been great to use for my business.  They have been good to call me back and remote to my computers to solve any issues that come up periodically.  The single biggest benefit for my company since we have moved to their organization is that they can help me with many issues without having to be physically here at my office or when I am away on business. With my permission, they can remotely control my devices and help solve many issues right in front of me.  No one has ever been able to do that for me before!
